Notes: SUVs are not defined, but presumably this category includes crossovers. With caps on vans, SUVs and pickups at $80,000 the proposed revisions fundamentally fails these two goals. These lower cost EVs will also come with smaller batteries that produce fewer carbon emissions than their larger counter parts.
