INOVYN, VT Group to build Europe’s first hydrogen-powered barge for bulk liquid chemical transport

SoCalGas adding 50 Toyota Mirai hydrogen fuel cell EVs to fleet

Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) has taken delivery of 23 Toyota Mirai hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (HFCEV), marking the company’s first purchase of hydrogen-powered vehicles. The zero-emissions Toyota Mirai HFCEVs have a driving range of 400 miles and since they run on hydrogen the only by-product is water.

Nouryon-led consortium wins €11M EU backing for green hydrogen project

A consortium comprising Nouryon (formerly AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals), Gasunie and four other partners will receive an €11-million European grant towards their proposed green hydrogen project in Delfzijl, the Netherlands. The systems are based on a 4 MW module design (McLyzer 800-30), producing hydrogen directly at 30 bar.
