Volvo to go all electric by 2030 – Volvo announced that its entire car line-up will be fully electric by 2030 and joins GM, JLR, Ford Europe, and other automakers in stating their goals or “aspirations” (in the case of GM) – to end production of gas-powered vehicles by 2030 or 2035 depending on the OEM.

Building on LCFS policies already adopted in Europe, British Columbia, and California, the researchers looked at potential costs and benefits of reducing the carbon intensity of transportation fuels by 10 to 15 percent by 2030. Modify RFS2 to incorporate elements of an LCFS, or replace it with an LCFS.
