A new study by Deloitte, the business advisory firm, concludes that despite rising fuel prices, the mass adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in Europe is still some distance away. Range, price and charging concerns need to be addressed. The adoption of all forms of green vehicles will be significantly influenced by government policies.
