The lead executive from luxury electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Lucid Motors says that his company is “a number of years ahead” of Tesla in terms of its technology, as stated during a recent interview. I believe we’re a number of years ahead in terms of our core technology from Tesla. No one else is even close.

And in a true smart grid, electric cars will not only be able to draw on electricity to run their motors, they will also be able to do the reverse: send electricity stored in their batteries back into the grid when it is needed.
