Here is my blog and video on the day. I met with Preeti Gupta, a freelancer with the BBC. The original idea was three wheeler rickshaw battery swapping. The initial Idea was to have a 70-30 gender split, but then Bhavesh asked why not a 100 percent female workforce? In the video, i give a guided tour of the factory.
