Kia on Friday announced pricing for the 2025 Niro Hybrid and Niro PHEV. 2025 Kia Niro The Niro PHEV is available only in EX and SX Touring grades , priced at $35,865 and $42,165 with destination, respectively. The Niro PHEV’s 11.1-kwh That’s an increase of just $50 from 2024.

LG Chem announced that it won a contract to supply the 16 kWh Li-ion battery pack and controls for the new Chrysler Pacifica plug-in hybrid minivan introduced earlier this year at the Detroit auto show. In city driving, it is expected to achieve an efficiency rating of 80 MPGe based on US Environmental Protection Agency standards.

Chrysler unveiled the all-new 2017 Pacifica minivan in both conventional and plug-in hybrid versions at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. The PHEV is the minivan segment’s first. The Pacifica Hybrid will deliver an estimated all-electric range of 30 miles from a 16-kWh lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery.
