The nonprofit CalCars does conversions to demonstrate new designs and provide a platform for different batteries; we dont sell conversions. They are early adopters, buying "Version 1.0"

GM has announced plans for public sales in 2010, and almost every carmaker now says it will sell PHEVs or highway-speed battery electric vehicles (BEVs) sometime after 2010. Batteries not ready. Plans "large demonstration fleet" late 2009.
