Battery Pack: PylonTech Battery Storage . Our system was configured with two battery units each with 2.4kWh storage giving 4.8KWh of maximum stored capacity. Initially our Electricity was provided by Scottish Power. With Octopus Go we receive low cost power between 00:30 and 04:30 every day. Octopus Go.

Then consider that in order to actually go any farther than the neighbood store, one still had to have ANOTHER car. Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator.
