Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. Yes GM will lose $ on the Volt, just like the first Insights or Priuss, but unlike Toyota or Honda, they just cant afford to wait for it to catch on and become profitable. Way to go morons. Its a damn shame.
