Reva, the Indian electric car company best known for the G-Whiz in England, has signed a deal to bring their new product to Iceland with sales beginning within a year. Electricity is a more renewable resource than ice in Iceland. At one time there were 16 hydrogen cars in Reykjavik. None for sale.

The British Government is attempting to strangle the electric car baby in its London cradle. The Times Online reports the British government's Department for Transport (DfT) has conducted a safety test on the all-electric Reva G-Whiz and found it wanting.

Elephant and Reva in India. The Climate Caravan includes ten friends and a solar music band, along with three solar plug-in electric Reva cars. The Revas are traveling 200km per charge on Lithium-Ion batteries (the solar adds 8km extra). I feel honored to charge these electric cars at my station.
