Cheers PHEV3A'rs, EVADC'rs, and EVnthusiasts, One & All - The "Spirit" did it, showing off signage and PHEV stuff with some 74 EVs and PHEVs at the first EVer in the world Plug-in Parade, called "Inaugural Parade West: Plug In, America! Electric Vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) were included.

It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. Tax credit incentives are also available to consumers in the U.S. market for sustainable “green” energy purchases.

Finally, in a first-of-its-kind partnership in the United States, Mitsubishi announced a strategic alliance with Oregon to develop an electric car charging infrastructure in the state. Shameless self plugs here. But it would have made EV’s better for 10 yrs until now had they been available.
