Using Georgia Tech-owned golf carts to prove out the technology, a person sitting in a remote location can access real-time video streamed over LTE to drive the carts. It also reduces fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. Vehicle data might enable lower insurance rates for good drivers.

But it would have made EV’s better for 10 yrs until now had they been available. Used Cell phone tower battery takeouts are inexpensive and available about everywhere if you call around. Next: a carbon tax. Li though have many different types, weigh less and more power. I even tow a trailer for lumber, ect with mine.
