In the Hawkins Electrical Guide, copy right 1928, there is a entire chapter on electric Automobiles. Has GM Ford or Chylser heard about this. Theyre called bicycles, scooters and motorcycles. Now several compies aremaking electric cars. One of them is bringing out a nice looking 4-passenger electric with a 110 mile range.

If the EV1 was viable (or even close) we would see Ford, Toyota, Honda, etc all with 80 mile cars right now.do The federal government cant hand out money to a company thats telling them that itll lose money on a $40, 000 automobile that more than half the populace couldnt afford if the economy was in good shape! you see that?
