Specifically, Leyden Energy will design and develop 12-volt start-stop cells using Leyden’s Li-imide chemistry. Is small in size and light weight.

The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? takes time to build this new market and re-coup their investment.
