Considering the cost of batteries, these are disposable cars. Toyota still has not made any money on the Prius. I see the technical complexity of hybrids is finally coming home to roost at Toyota, which has superb engineering. Uncharacteristically, Toyota is blaming this on the floormats!! They will not meet my needs.
