Australia’s electric vehicle ranks are only getting more and more crowded, with new options seemingly arriving daily from the big prestige marques like BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi, as well as more mainstream brands like Kia. The claimed range is an underwhelming 360km based on the WLTP standard. Maybe in the future.

None of this quartet is cheap, but all are towards the value end of the EV market. It’s a tempting offer, although the P2’s standard equipment list is skinnier. Buy a beefier wallbox charger and those charge times drop to about 5.5 At least some of those really should be standard. Sure, there are cheaper options.
