Walmart’s Planned DC Fast Charging Network Could Be Game Changing

On April 6, Walmart announced that by 2030 it intends to build its own DC fast-charging network at “thousands of Walmart and Sam’s Club locations coast-to-coast.” As of April 6, 2023, using Alternative Fuel Data Center (AFDC) data, 285 Walmart/Sam’s Club stores had DC fast chargers.
