Rivian invited some R1T preorder holders to test drive its all-electric pickup truck in Normal, Illinois. They all had the chance to experience the instant torque only an all-electric vehicle could give. Rivian is planning tour events in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Detroit, and Seattle.

Ford is the first automaker to announce the planned use of Hohm, starting with the Focus Electric next year. We’re not ready to announce a vehicle solution yet.
