FedEx Express Canada welcomed its first 50 BrightDrop Zevo 600 electric delivery vehicles at an event in Toronto. BrightDrop Zevo 600 in Toronto This initial fleet of 50 electric vehicles (EVs) will service Toronto, Montreal, and Surrey. BrightDrop is manufacturing the Zevo 600s at GM’s CAMI Assembly plant in Ontario.

Volkswagen Group deliveries of all-electric vehicles (BEVs) rose by 42% in Q1 2023 compared to the prior-year period, which was hit harder by supply chain issues. The City of New York will invest $420 million in electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and alternative fuels to accelerate the transition to an all-electric municipal vehicle fleet. All light-duty, medium-duty, and non-emergency heavy-duty vehicles will be converted to electric by 2035.
