This investment will build on our existing methanol technology, facilitating even more valuable solutions and helping to propel this part of our business in China. Because of China’s coal reserves, the country has viewed methanol as a viable alternative for gasoline; methanol and methanol-blended gasoline are used in more than 20 provinces.
