Now, of course, Bright Automotive is ready to unveil the IDEA, with the expectation it will have 50,000 ready for sale in 2013. Whats more, mainstream consumers wont be able to buy it when it comes to market. based Fisker plans to produce just 15,000 plug-in hybrids a year, starting later this year, with pricing to start at $87,900.
