Ford announces Smart Mobility plan; 25 initial projects

Smart Mobility builds upon Ford’s Blueprint for Mobility ( earlier post ). In his CES talk, Fields said that rapidly advancing connectivity; software and sensor technology; and big data were the enablers behind the Smart Mobility projects—eight in North America, nine in Europe and Africa, seven in Asia and one in South America.
