Wichita, Kan., had the lowest cost of congestion among the US cities studied at $304 per driver. New York City was also one of the country’s most congested metros, with the ‘last mile’ taking drivers seven minutes. INRIX analyzed 500 Terabytes of data from 300 million different sources covering more than 5 million miles of road.
