General Motors is recalling certain 2011 through 2014 Chevrolet Volt extended-range electric cars, but only as a matter of "customer satisfaction." In the affected cars, the struts that hold the rear hatch open can weaken and detach, causing the hatch to close by itself unexpectedly.
