Shanghai GM has outlined the next phase of its “Drive to Green” product strategy—launched in 2008 ( earlier post )—for 2011-2015. The joint venture between GM and SAIC intends to reduce fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions by 15% while improving performance 14% by 2015.
