Next 10 report finds California will meet or exceed original target of 1.5M ZEVs by 2025

The report shows that projected global ZEV adoption from 2015 to 2039 (based on the BNEF 2017 forecast) may follow an s-curve, similar to that of smartphone adoption in the US from 2005 to 2015.
