The National Academies has issued a pre-publication version of an interim report on Overcoming Barriers to Electric-Vehicle Deployment. A final, comprehensive report will be published in late summer 2014. The interim report considers PEV manufacturers, dealers and customers; the charging infrastructure; and the electric grid.
