Saturn will remain in operation for the next several years, through the end of the planned lifecycle for all Saturn products. In the interim, if Saturn retailers or other investors present a plan that would allow a spin-off or sale of Saturn Distribution Corporation, GM would be open to any such possibility.

As part of the new plan, GM will accelerate the wind-down or sale of HUMMER, Saturn and Saab to the end of 2009, and phase out Pontiac by the end of 2010. The revised plan moves up the resolution of Saab, Saturn, and Hummer to the end of 2009, at the latest. billion from 2010 to 2014.

The Saturn version of the two-mode plug-in hybrid at the Milford Proving Grounds. Going forward, GM plans to spend proportionally less of its marketing budget on the corporate identity and more on the vehicle brands. Plans Saturn Vue PHEV-10. Aims to get Saturn Vue on road in 2010; no production goal. Expects production around 2014. Lutz said GM is pushing to have Saturn Vue plug-in hybrid on the road by 2009. -- ( Autoweek ). "I Plans Cadillac Converj, Opel Ampera, other versions. Plans "large demonstration fleet" late 2009.
