Electric vehicles will be available for customers in 2011. Millions of EVs and PHEVs would expand the sale of electricity as an alternative to oil. So while my car is powering the great city during the day how will I have juice to drive home at the end of the day? Pre-paid 600 kilometer cards are one approach that is suggested.
