The Mini Cooper Countryman was the only small car to earn a good rating among the latest group of 12 cars subjected to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s (IIHS) small overlap front crash test. The Countryman, introduced in 2011, is a larger four-door version of the two-door Mini Cooper. Volt and LEAF. —Joe Nolan.
