The new system, where we have adopted a pretty radical change in the architecture itself, downsizes dramatically, takes 100 kg of the mass out, and takes the size down to half of that of the Equinox. According to its estimates, adopting the full combination of improved technologies in medium and large cars and pickup trucks with spark-ignition engines could reduce fuel consumption by 29% at an additional cost of $2,200 to the consumer.
