Attitudes towards measures to reduce car emissions. The report for the Department for Transport is based on a survey module included in the Office for National Statistics’ Opinions (Omnibus) survey which has been carried out each August since 2006. In 2008, 64% agreed with that; in 2007, 63%; and in 2006, 62% agreed.
