This car was bought in or designed for america! They should have taken more time in designing the standard, and taken the opportunity to add data services. In May 2000, Austin Energy planned to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by 40% at its Decker and Holly power plants, from 1700 tons per year to less than 1000tpy by 2003.
