Mercedes-Benz is offering five newly developed and modified engines—four of them with direct injection—for the new E-Class Coupé, offering more power with lower fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions than their predecessors. The newly developed and modified four-cylinder powerplants have a higher output, despite the reduction in displacement.
